We work with a small, deliberately restricted circle of producers — family olive presses, salt pans, coffee co-ops, preserve houses, apiaries. Each name is on our supplier ledger because we know them and have tasted their work.
Profiles of each producer partner — region, history, certifications, lat/long — are being written and photographed. They’ll land here as they’re signed off.
